Terms and Conditions
- Available for business conferences/evening events only
- Event must be national/international with delegates travelling from LNER stations to Leeds. See train routes here
- Delegates must stay overnight i.e. 1+ day conference, evening dinner/awards event
- Minimum delegate numbers for the event are 100 (this does not mean 100 delegates to travel on the train, but the event must be for 100 delegates)
- Code to be actively promoted to conference/event delegates by event organiser
- Any misuse by event organiser/venue will lead to code deactivation
