Wedding Packages

The King and Queens Package

Available every day providing a wedding breakfast is booked for a minimum of 50 guests and an evening reception is booked for a minimum of 120 guests.

The King and Queens Package includes:

  • Dedicated Wedding coordinator to assist you in planning your day
  • Events Manager to act as Master of Ceremonies
  • Hire of the Banqueting Suite
  • Red carpet welcome
  • A glass of Bucks Fizz or sparkling wine on arrival
  • Three-course Wedding Breakfast with coffee and chocolates from a set menu
  • White table linen
  • A glass of wine with the meal and a top up with the main course
  • A glass of sparkling wine with the toast
  • Complimentary use of the silver cake stand and knife
  • Evening DJ and disco until 1am
  • Evening buffet
  • Special accommodation rates for your guests
  • Complimentary stay in a QClub suite with full English breakfast for the Bride and Groom (subject to availability)

Jewish Wedding Package

From £5250

Jewish Wedding Package includes:

  • Full day hire of banqueting suites
  • Exclusive use of banqueting kitchens for your approved caterer
  • Dedicated Special Events Manager to discuss all your requirements
  • Red carpet welcome on arrival
  • Dedicated Event Manager to ensure your day runs smoothly
  • Hire of our tables and chairs which will be preset to your specifications
  • White table linen and linen napkins
  • The provision to provide your own drinks (The hotel can provide draft beer if required)
  • Two Kitchen Porters to wash hotel's equipment
  • Four complimentary valet car parking spaces
  • Dance floor (21ft x 21ft)
  • Staging for band or top table (8ft x 4ft blocks, total of 10 hotel blocks)
  • Private room for the tisch and bedeken
  • PA System with two microphones
  • Lectern
  • Manned cloakroom
  • Private room for photographs and use of a private outside terrace

Self-Catered Wedding Package

From £7000

Our self-catered wedding Package includes:

  • Full day hire of banqueting suites
  • Exclusive use of banqueting kitchens for your approved caterer
  • Dedicated Special Events Manager to discuss all your requirements
  • Red carpet welcome on arrival
  • Dedicated Event Manager to ensure your day runs smoothly
  • Hire of our tables and chairs which will be preset to your specifications
  • Hire of all standard table cutlery, crockery and glassware
  • White table linen and linen napkins
  • The provision to provide your own drinks (The hotel can provide draft beer if required)
  • Two Kitchen Porters to wash hotel's equipment
