Do you have car parking?
The post codes to the nearest car parks to the hotel are:

- LS1 4HT: NCP short or long stay at Leeds Rail Station  
- LS1 4AG: Q-Park Sovereign Square   

20% discount rate for our guests with NCP Short Stay at Leeds Rail Station car park. Your ticket must be validated in their office inside the train station, which is open 24hrs.

30% discount for parking at Q-Park Sovereign Square with code QHSS30 by booking directly via their website.

How far are you from the train station?
Not far at all. We have an entrance located within the train station directly into the hotel which means you do not have to step outside.

How far are you located from the city centre?
We are located in the city centre, our address is No1 City Square.

How far is the arena?
About a 15min leisurely walk, a taxi will take around 4 minutes and cost £7.00.

What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm, but our concierge is more than happy to store you bags on arrival.

What time is check out?
Check out is 11am although we do offer a late check out service subject to availability for an additional cost.

Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds is open Monday to Saturday 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

No, Grand Pacific has closed. The Queens Hotel now features Cinnamon Kitchen as its main restaurant and bar.

We have a gym on site free for guests to use.

Can we leave our bags with us before check in or after check out?
Yes you can, our concierge team will store these safely for you.

Mon-Fri 6.30-9.30am, Sat & Sun 7.30-10.30am

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes we do, please contact the hotel prior to arrival so we can arrange this for you.

Do you offer room service?
Yes we do. Room service is available until 9:30pm and drinks until 11:30pm.

What is the maximum number of people you can fit into your main function suite?
Our spectacular Ballroom is able to host 450 for a dinner dance, 500 for a conference meeting.

Spa available?
No sorry.

Do you provide feather pillows?
Yes, our standard bedding is feather duvets and pillows. Please advise us prior to arrival if you need hypoallergenic bedding.
