What you need to know
Do you have car parking?
We currently are unable to offer onsite car parking, due to our valet service not allowing for social distancing. We are recommending that our guests park at The Q Park (LS14AG). We have a discounted rate for our guests of £15 per 24 hours, this must be paid at the hotel and we will validate the ticket before departure. If you need any assistance on this or would like a map prior to arrival, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to send you a map of the car park including the walking route back to the hotel.
Additionally, we also have a 20% off discount rate for our guests with Train Station car park! The ticket has to be validated in their office inside the train station, 24 h service.

How far are you from the train station?
Not far at all. We have an entrance located within the train station directly into the hotel which means you do not have to step outside.
How far are you located from the city centre?
We are located in the city centre, our address is No1 City Square.
How far is the arena?
About a 15min leisurely walk, a taxi will take around 4 minutes and cost £4.00.
What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm, but our concierge is more than happy to store you bags on arrival. We do have a guarantee early check which is chargeable and bookable through our reception in advance of your arrival day.
What time is check out?
Check out is 11am although we do offer a late check out service subject to availability for an additional cost.
Do you have any leisure facilities?
We have a gym on site free for residents to use.
Can we leave our bags with us before check in or after check out?
Yes you can, our concierge team will store these safely for you.
What time does breakfast start?
Mon-Fri 6.30-9.30am, Sat & Sun 7.30-10.30am
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes we do, please contact the hotel prior to arrival so we can arrange this for you.
How far are we from the airport?
We are 11 miles/18 km away from Leeds Bradford Airport, a taxi will cost around £25.00.
How much is breakfast?
£15.00 per person.
Do you provide feather pillows?
Yes – upon request.
How far is the shopping centre?
Trinity Shopping Centre is on the doorstep, just a few short steps away.
Where can I get a map of the town centre?
Our Front office team will be able to assist you with maps for the surrounding area.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available until 10:00pm.
What is the cancellation policy for rooms?
If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

The Queens Hotel only accepts guide dogs.
Do you offer room service?
Yes we do, although this is separate to our Grand Pacific restaurant. Room service is available until 10pm and drinks until 11pm.
